taken into special consideration which is an important pre-requisite for
good health. Being lover of yogic exercises and has experienced the
great benefits of such exercises. The visible effect of Pranayama is
well known and hence the researcher became inclined to venture in to the
study to test the effect of selected Pranayama on physiological
variables on Yoga students.
