This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Refund Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
We want our customers to be confident while placing the orders and happy after they receive their loved books from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may start a return or exchange on your order by emailing us at orders@gzb.ae within 15 days of receiving your order in accordance with the terms and conditions.
We will initiate a FREE return pickup of the product from the address where we delivered the product (only for the orders delivered within the UAE). Please note we will not be able to change the return pickup address from the original address where we delivered the product. Also note that the items you are returning should be new, unused, unopened, in original packaging, and with all labels and tags still attached to be eligible for return.
Eligible items for returns will be refunded to the original payment method used by the customer to place an order. For ineligible items (used, opened, damaged, without original packaging, etc.) we at our sole discretion may refuse to refund the buyer or may give a partial refund on account of the quality check failure of the returned item by our warehouse team at the time of processing returns. For all ineligible items if we at all decide to give any partial refund to the buyer it will be in form of store credit. The amount of the refund will be determined by us and will be final and binding on you.
All cash on delivery orders will be refunded in the form of store credit only post the successful return of the products as mentioned above.
All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the item reaching our warehouse and checking for the eligibility of the returned item(s).
