your partner work together to accomplish creative and challenging poses.
Your partner can be your friend, roommate, spouse, life partner,
sibling, parent, child, or anyone else whose company you enjoy. In Yoga
with a Friend you will learn breathing techniques to facilitate
tranquility together, and partner poses that develop trust and mutual
support. You will develop strong non-verbal communication skills as you
work together to achieve balance. You will amaze yourselves as you
accomplish the poses. Along with poses and breathing techniques, you
will learn some great visualizations and meditation techniques. You will
also be introduced to yoga philosophy and understand how to apply yoga
lifestyle guidelines to your various relationships. In Yoga with a
