'Well-Being at and Through Work' collects a selection of the
contributions presented in the Fourteenth International Conference in
commemoration of Professor Marco Biagi. The Conference was held at the
Marco Biagi Foundation, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy).
The essays, in English, investigate from manifold perspectives the
possible implications of changes in the work organization and employment
schemes for the well-being of individual workers. In legal terms, the
topic stimulates a reflection on the values that lie behind the
regulatory choices and the current trends in collective bargaining. This
book is devoted primarily to academics and experts in the field of labor
relations who wish to analyze the most relevant issues related to the
promotion and the protection of workers' well-being by means of a
comparative and interdisciplinary method. This is a co-publication with
G. Giappichelli Editore. [Subject: Commercial Law, Labor Law]
