Höller with theoreticians and activists critically engaged in the
cultural field. Interviewing Tariq Ali, Bill Ayers, Zygmunt Bauman, Paul
Gilroy, Jean-Pierre Gorin, Lawrence Grossberg, Stuart Hall, David
Harvey, Achille Mbembe, Meaghan Morris, Irit Rogoff, and Ella Shohat,
Höller explores Cultural Studies and raises issues of postcolonialism,
globalization, and activism. Christian Höller is a member of the
editorial board of springerin (Vienna) and was the editor of documenta
12 magazines, 2006 - 2007. A Visiting Professor at the Geneva University
of Art and Design, he has written extensively on art and cultural
theory. This book is part of the Documents series, co-published with Les
presses du réel and dedicated to critical writing.
