The purpose of this work is to suggest how to participate in trade
fairs, focusing on the relevance of the stand and all its procedures
involved. The intention of this study is to stimulate Citrimed, the
company where I have been working for, to participate in trade shows
throughout the use of a stand, since it has never happened before. The
fair is conceived as a superb opportunity to be widely known considering
people from all over the world are certainly present. To reinforce this
conception, this research will center its attention on the organization
of a stand taking into consideration the indispensable requirements
needed to be present at the fair. Fruit Attraction has been selected as
the model trade show to be able to implement this proposal. Theoretical
concepts on promoting a company as well as relevant marketing aspects in
terms of strategies, positioning, communication and planning are deeply
addressed through my piece of research since they need to be taken into
account when aiming at being successful within the business world. As a
result, the importance of persuasive language and business presentations
will be highlighted.
