The findings of the study indicated that defining the scope, deciding
aims and objectives, the project plan reviewed and updated through the
life of the project, the educational project activities were estimated
correctly and broken down in to practicable ways were some of the good
achievements of the Management of Educational projects in the Ministry
of Education. While the study result revealed that no feasibility study
was conducted before the initiation of the educational projects, the key
stakeholders were not involved in the planning stage of the educational
projects, delays in starting projects, accomplishing the project
activities according to the plan, and lack of project monitoring,
planning for termination ahead, on-time finishing of projects, proper
recording and documentation of the educational projects were some of the
weaknesses of the management of educational projects in the Ministry of
Education.According to the results of the study, most of the educational
projects in the Ministry of Education achieved their aims and
objectives, it is recommended that MoE should redesigned to implement a
