In 1908, H. R. Haggard wrote a mysterious adventurous novel 'The Ghost
Kings'. The novel depicts a fantasy story of Zulu tribes and their
belief in supernatural powers. The story of the novel is based on a
strange myth of Zulu people. They believe that on 'reconciliation day',
a white girl named Rachel Dove 'hold the spirit' of some pious and
legendary goddesses. It is their belief, that the girl whom they called
'zoola' is very pretty, courageous and powerful before the battle of the
Blood River.
