The concept of mindfulness has been extensively explored. However, it
has not yet been associated with the concept of entrepreneurship. This
thesis contributes to the literature on the impact of mindfulness
meditation on founders. It aims to build on existing work by examining
how entrepreneurs benefit from mindfulness practices while engaging in
an entrepreneurial team. Hence, this study elaborates: To what extent
does mind-fulness affect entrepreneurs in early-stage start-up teams?
The analysis and evaluation of the results show that five main benefits
of mindfulness meditation positively impact entrepreneurs. Further, it
indicates how it can be used as a tool in management.
