In July of 1969 the Beatles returned to Abbey Road studios; where they
had first begun their incredible partnership with producer George
Martin; seven years earlier. The band recaptured the magic and
camaraderie from the earliest sessions and Abbey Road would go on to top
the charts in both the UK and the US. Although the group's January 1969
recordings would eventually be issued on Let It Be in May 1970; Abbey
Road would be the last album recorded by the Beatles.
