This work includes some basic ideas of what not to do in life. The
intended audience could be anyone, could be troubled people, or could be
young people. This work does not delve into the religious or dogmatic.
It furnishes a guide for dealing with impulses, emotions, and
relationships. It does not tell you that you need to be pristine, but
instead that you should own up to your imperfections. After all, that's
what makes us human.
