The field of moral leadership is one the approaches that has been
seriously introduced in the leadership and management literature in the
last decades of the twentieth century. Leadership is the most important
factor in the survival and continued success of the organization. In
modern organizations, the need to pay attention to organizational
activities within the framework of ethical codes begins with the
behavior of ethical leadership. Ethical leadership, embraces management
and leadership methods in which the rights and dignity of the employees
are valued and respected as human beings. In general, ethical leadership
includes appropriate behavior in individual actions and group
relationships which normatively encourages colleagues to establish
two-way communication and leads to optimal decisions. Failure to pay
attention to ethical issues and ethics in the organization can create
