In the classic Q&A format, this journal was created to help you track
your emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth over five years of
your life in the simplest way possible. You can start at any point in
the year. Simply turn to today's date, and take a few moments to answer
the question at the top of the page (or don't answer it; it's your
journal). When you finish the year, move on to the next section. As the
years go by you'll notice how your answers change (or don't). The
questions have been developed to encourage you to look inside, dig down
deep, and explore what makes you you. The diary can be started on any
day of the year and is an ideal tool for introspection.
