Semiconductor electromechanical sensors are used widely in industry,
space technology, environmental monitoring and assessment and many other
applications. Therefore, organic semiconductor materials based devices
have been the subject of intense investigation in the past few years due
to their low cost, simplicity of devices fabrication, and interesting
electrical and optical properties. This book is compiled in
collaboration by the Tajikistan and Pakistani scientists based on the
result of research of organic semiconductors, properties of conductors
and devices that are described in order to provide awareness and
highlight the importance of this field of technology for future
development of electromechanical sensors. This book is devoted to
electric properties of organic semiconductors and conductors, organic
pressure, displacement and strain sensors based on complexes and
composites, including nanomaterials and will be useful to students,
teachers, researches, engineers, technicians and to everybody interested
in organic solid state electronics.
