While the emerging economics of China calls attention of all
practitioners and scholars, the specific phenomenon of Spanish firms in
China is much less studied. The book devotes several years of research
on this context to explore from the angle of strategic human resource
management. Practically it describes many interesting facts about
Spanish managing business in China; theoretically it contributes to a
dynamic adaptive logic of strategic human resource management. The book
