This study examines the impact of important human resource indicators on
the quality management of construction projects. In recent years, human
resource management and quality management in industrial projects have
been considered by many researchers, but in construction projects have
been less studied. In this survey-descriptive study, 100 experts in the
field of construction projects formed a statistical community to answer
questions about three important indicators of material factors related
to the organization, spiritual factors related to project management and
factors related to company organization, each They had several
sub-indicators to answer. In the data analysis section, both descriptive
statistics and multi-criteria decision-making methods (hierarchical
analysis) were used after modeling, creating a hierarchical structure,
