aims at filling the gap in the research and understanding on Specialty
Occupations. There is no comprehensive text or authority on this
important issue and all the information available is only through the
policy memoranda of USCIS, judgments in appealed petitioners and blogs
of attorneys.
This book tries to provide a better understanding of the issue and also

on the issue.
