General Music Today is a publication of MENC: The National Association for Music Education for the Society of General Music. The journal features articles of interest to teachers specializing in general music at all levels from early childhood through high school, particularly works that describe successful practices, share teaching strategies or materials, and suggest new ideas and issues of concern to general music educators.
