I would like to introduce this publication book as attribute to the
knowledge. poultry production or industry now is world wide spread and
progressive consumption of poultry products (egg, meat). now days its
faced by many obstacles mainly nutrition which counted about 75% of
total cost, and reported by many authors, meat consumption (with special
consideration to fatty meat) is now associated with human health hazard
specially coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis. so much attention
should be given to the factor that attribute to this phenomena and can
be adjusted to avoid fatty meat.
