The ITALIAN RESEARCH series of the Art History Institute in Florence
(KHI) brings together studies in the field of Italian art. The spectrum
of these studies ranges from painting and sculpture to architecture and
urban research, as well as covering the comprehensive holdings of the
Photo Library at the KHI. The volumes of ITALIAN RESEARCH, which include
the small series I MANDORLI, document the results of international
scholarly exchange at the Institute in the form of thematically diverse
conference proceedings and qualification papers examining individual
works, work complexes, or artists.
