Breast cancer can be categorized into different histopathological
subtypes based on gene expression profiles. This study aimed to classify
the molecular subtypes of breast cancers based on the expression profile
of immunohistochemical markers and to evaluate the clinicopathological
features, relapse free survival (RFS) and overall survival (OS) of
various subtypes of breast cancer in order to help diagnosis and guide
treatment. The results of this study showed the importance of
clinicopathological studies of molecular types which helps to understand
better the pathophysiology of disease and to identify the best strategy
to treat the disease.
