In the present study, the theoretical basis for the formation of
cooperations between business and government is examined. The book shows
an analysis of the situation on the Russian market of small and medium
enterprises in times of financial crisis. The methodology of
sociological research on the state of small and medium enterprises
during the financial crisis is disclosed. The analysis presents the
results of the survey of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia
during this crisis. In conclusion, the influence of the legal
uncertainty and excessive regulation on the activity of Russian
companies will be discussed.
