Using the old fashioned tradition of a sumptuous dinner, Catherine, The
Herb Lady, Crowley created a 12 course menu with a focus on the flavor
of one or more herbs. While this type of dinner is no longer in fashion
except for special events, Catherine took the theme to showcase creative
and unique ways with herbs, flavor and food. Using fresh herbs from her
gardens Catherine encourages the reader to do more than cook, with
herbs, but to also grow some or more of the vast, tasty, and healthy
range of herbs.
