This book focuses on presenting 50 reliable and valid Paper-and-Pencil
measures of constructs that have relevance with HRM. We hope the
researchers would find this book helpful in many ways. First, this book
should be useful in reducing the time it takes to locate instruments for
survey research in HRM. Secondly, it would help identify those areas
where measures are needed, thus encouraging further development of valid
measures of HRM. Lastly, we hope that this book would serve as an
impetus to advance knowledge, by using the same measure across several
studies, comparison and integration of results may be enhanced.
